CV 360 is an AI-powered pickleball match analysis platform that allows players, coaches, and facilities to record, analyze, and share match footage. We provide video analysis, performance metrics, and coaching tools.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Share footage of individuals without their consent
  • Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited communications

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this Service, including software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks are the property of CV 360 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Video Content

You retain ownership of videos you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant CV 360 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and analyze your content for the purposes of providing the Service.

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are provided at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

CV 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
